In the event of insufficient numbers you will be asked to make your own way to the nearest pick up point which is operating. This will be communicated to you with your joining instructions approximately 5-7 days prior to departure. Feeder services are a separate service offered and do not form part of the holiday price. It will not always be possible to guarantee availability from a specific joining point nor can the service be made available to clients who have not made a reservation at the time of booking. The German Christmas markets are the most traditional of all and you will enjoy soaking up their unique ambience whilst hunting for that special Christmas gift. We stay at the Hotel Wagner. The Wagner is an old Harry Shaw favourite. It is owned and run by Dieter and Andreas Wagner. It is set in the pleasant village of Kamp Bornhofen set alongside the mighty Rhine itself overlooked by 2 castles known locally as the ‘feuding brothers’.
