We start with a local departure and make our way to the ferry port for the sea crossing to the Isle of Man. On arrival you will be transferred to our hotel. We use a selection of good class hotels in Douglas. It will offer a good restaurant and bar and rooms all have private facilities.
During your stay we have included two round island tours, (1 full day and 1 half day).
You will visit the famous Laxey wheel, the world’s largest surviving waterwheel: pretty Ramsey and the ‘Manx’ kipper port of Peel. Other highlights of the tour include the fascinating Cregneash village folk museum, the views over the Calf Sound, the former capital Castletown and the mediaeval castle at Rushen.
On day 4 we make our way home, arriving back later on.
