We start with a local departure for our journey south and stay for 4 nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis at the Sandy Lodge Hotel. This is well located just off the sea front, close to the town and all the amenities. Facilities include a bar and restaurant. During your stay there will be a Turkey & Tinsel theme and there is also a 2 for 1 Bar Promotion, from 6pm-9pm each evening - details available from hotel.
During your stay we have included these great excursions:
- A visit as far as we can go in Cornwall to Land’s End, with free time before heading to the picturesque fishing village of St Ives where there is a myriad of little shops and art galleries along its cobbled stoned streets and harbour side. The narrow winding streets mean the coach is unable to take us to the heart of town.
- A drive across the Duchy to the lovely deep water port of Falmouth steeped in military history. Here you may like to visit Pendennis Castle, (admission not included). Next we travel to Truro - county town of Cornwall, dominated by its splendid cathedral.
