We start with a local departure for our journey by coach and make our way to Llandudno and the Hydro Hotel. This is ideally placed on the sea front, a short walk from Llandudno’s wonderful shops, pier and Happy Valley Gardens. There is a ‘looking glass’ bar with views over the bay, sun lounge, games room. All bedrooms are well appointed with private facilities, TV and tea / coffee making facilities.
During your stay we have INCLUDED these great excursions:
- Anglesey and Beaumaris. We travel to Anglesey with time to explore the charming town of Beaumaris before paying a visit to LlanfairPG, famous not only for its long name but also for Pringles woollen mills where we have a short stop
- Caernarfon and Snowdonia. A magnificent journey today takes us along the shores of Conway Bay to Caernarfon with its splendid castle beside the harbour. We then turn inland through to Porthmadog. We see more of Snowdonia on the return via Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon
