Lincoln Xmas Market & Meadowhall Shopping Centre

We start with a local departure for our journey directly to Lincoln and its Christmas Market. Here you will discover the soaring towers of the Cathedral, which dominate the skyline rising above the red tiled roofs of the ancient city of narrow cobbled streets. You can enjoy street entertainment from Punch and Judy to Brass Bands etc or perhaps listen to traditional Carols. It may be an idea to pick up a bite to eat at one of the bars, cafes and restaurants before we travel on to the Midlands / North area where accommodation has been reserved at a good class hotel on a bed and breakfast basis.

The next day we head for Sheffield and the Meadowhall shopping centre. Here major high street stores rub shoulders with speciality shops. You can “shop until you drop” or perhaps relax in one of the restaurant areas. During the afternoon we commence our return journey home, arriving back later on.
