Benidorm is the ideal place to escape winter with its mild climate, great beaches and a wide selection of bars, cafes and shops.  Beyond the lively town the famous Costa Blanca is dotted with charming towns, picturesque villages and citrus groves.

Price Includes:

  • 'First Class' Harry Shaw coach travel and Channel crossing either by ferry or Eurotunnel
  • Accommodation: 2 nights with breakfast in France, 2 nights Costa Brava / Maresme with breakfast and dinner, 9 nights in Benidorm with breakfast and dinner,  In Spain all hotels are 3*, France 2* or family run
  • Excursions as detailed (subject to change and no admission charges included)

Not Included:

  • Any charges hotels may make for use of facilities

  • Single room supplement
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenditure, gratuities or any admission charges other than those stated
  • Tourist Tax in Spain.  This must be paid directly to the hotels on arrival in cash.  Current charge approximately 1 Euro per person, per night

Your Itinerary:

We start with a local departure by ‘First Class’ coach for our journey via the Eurotunnel or ferry to the continent.  We continue through France to our overnight stopover hotel. 

On day 2 we continue south across the Pyrenees and into Spain to the Costa Brava / Maresme area where we stay for 1 night.

Day 3 – continue southwards today along the Mediterranean coastal road to Costa Blanca.  Here accommodation has been reserved for 9 nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis at a carefully chosen 3* hotel in Benidorm.  Typical of the hotels we offer is the Hotel Regente.

During your stay we have included these great excursions:

  • The hilltop city of Gudalest – with one of the most stunning positions in Spain. Explore the Moorish Castle and its dungeons and take in the spectacular views before continuing on to the tumbling waterfalls at Algar, known locally as the ‘Oasis of the Costa Blanca’
  • A visit to Valencia – a vibrant city with a stunning waterfront. Afterwards we visit the Lladro Porcelain factory – the perfect chance to buy gifts and souvenirs.
  • A visit to the street market in Altea, near the new town. Afterwards we enjoy Calpe and Benissa

Day 12 – we commence our journey home and head along the Mediterranean coast to the Costa Brava / Costa Maresme area for a 1 night stay.

Day 13 – we continue our journey through to France for our final overnight stopover hotel.

Day 14 – after breakfast continue our journey, arriving back later on.
