We start with a local departure for our journey East. Accommodation has been reserved for 4 nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis at the Royal Hotel. This is set on the sea front, overlooking Great Yarmouth's Golden Mile. Charles Dickens and Edward Vii have visited the hotel. All rooms have private facilities, TV and tea/coffee making facilities. There is a restaurant and bar.
During your stay we have included these great excursions:
- A day exploring the beautiful Norfolk Broads visiting villages such as Horning and Potter Heigham. As well we have included a scenic cruise from Wroxham through the Broads waterway meandering past traditional thatched cottages, wind pumps and church towers
- A visit to historic Norwich - a truly English city. It is a pleasure to wander amongst cobbled streets, particularly cobbled Elm Hill which is full of character.
