Holiday Highlights

Your exploration kicks off with scenic cruising along Lysefjord, past Pulpit Rock and the Kjerag mountain range. This feat is only possible for smaller ships, due to a bridge located at the entrance of the fjord. Then the highlights of Bergen are yours to uncover. Take the funicular railway to the top of Mount Fløyen, or explore the UNESCO-listed Bryggen Wharf and the vibrant fish market.

The idyllic fjord villages of Flåm and Olden follow, where you can marvel at the stunning scenery on a hike, see the magnificent Briksdal Glacier and journey up high into the mountains on the iconic Flåm Railway. You'll also cruise along captivating Nordrjord - past Hornelen, Europe's hightest sea cliff - and divert down the twisting, narrow Nærøyfjord, rated joint top in National Geographic's list of natural heritage sites worldwide.

Discover the enchanting Tystigen Glacier and Hornindalsvatnet - Europe's deepest lake - in Hellesylt, before concluding your holiday with more scenic cruising. Proximity of Destinations
In all ports of call, the ship will dock as closely as possible to the destination. This means we will either be in walking distance or a short bus ride from the local centre. A shuttle bus may sometimes be provided by Fred.Olsen or the local port authority (a nominal fee usually applies). It is sometimes the case that the port is further away. Where this arises, it may be necessary to book a tour to visit the main destination. Please ask Fred.Olsen staff for details.

Fred. Olsen reserve the right to refuse boarding at the port on day of departure if, in their opinion (through observation), you or any of your party's impaired mobility prevents you from safely negotiating a stepped gangway or moving around the vessel in a safe & secure manner at all times.

If anybody in the party is unsure if they meet this minimum mobility requirement, DO NOT PROCEED WITH THIS BOOKING AT THIS TIME.
