Ludlow’s annual festive fair offers all the ingredients of a traditional Christmas in a Mediaeval market with costumed jesters, musicians and other themed events. The lovely cathedral city of Chester is set within a loop of the River Dee. It is ringed around by 2 miles of Roman and Mediaeval walls. Amongst its ancient streets are The Rows – 2 tiers of half timbered, galleried shops.

Your Itinerary:

We start with a local departure by coach for our journey to Ludlow. There will be time to enjoy the Mediaeval Christmas fair before we make our way to our hotel - Best Western Crew Arms, Crewe where rooms have been booked for the night with private facilities. Dinner is included tonight.

On day two we take you to historic Chester where there will be ample time for shopping etc.
