We start with a local departure and travel south to Folkestone, where accommodation is reserved at the Grand Burstin Hotel, set on the harbourside. The hotel buzzes with activity. There is a cabaret room with large dancefloor and nightly live shows. Leisure club with an indoor swimming pool etc. (Some facilities chargeable).
You can relax in the hotel or join our included excursions:
- Margate & Sandwich - We travel to the charming towns of Margate and Sandwich. Margate is home to unspoilt sandy bays, retro shops and a thriving arts community whilst Sandwich is dotted with cutre cottages historic pubs and Roman ruins.
- Canterbury - a visit to England’s most famous mediaeval city. It features ancient buildings, shops, bars and restaurants retaining both an old world charm and a cosmopolitan vitality.
