We start with a local departure and make our way to the famous city of Cardiff.
There are so many things to see and do – the parks, shopping, river trips, the famous bars and entertainment. Don’t miss the historic castle. In the late afternoon we travel to our hotel, the Holiday Inn Newport where accommodation is reserved for the night with dinner, bed & breakfast. Features include a restaurant, bar and indoor splash pool/mini gym.
On day 2 – we leave the hotel after breakfast and continue to Gloucester and the historic Gloucester docks, the most inland port in the country. Free time to enjoy the Victorian dock buildings, designer outlet shops, cosy cafes and fascinating museums. Return home later on.
