We start with a local departure by coach during the morning for our coach transfer to Poole and our crossing on the high-speed vessel to Jersey. (Crossing time to be advised with tickets).
A transfer is arranged on arrival to the Norfolk Lodge Hotel which is set on a large site in one of St. Helier's best residential areas. Hotel features include an indoor swimming pool; rooms all with private facilities, TV and ta/coffee making facilities; lively entertainment programme.
During your stay you can take advantage of OPTIONAL excursions or simply take it easy and enjoy the shopping in St Helier.
Our return journey takes us via the crossing to Poole (times to be advised with tickets), where the coach will be waiting to transfer you back to the Midlands area arriving home later on.
Please Note: Local departure may be early hours of the morning, dependant on ferry crossing times.
Important Information for Passengers with Mobility Issues:
Please note that UK coaches cannot travel on Jersey. Passengers must check in as foot passengers and use ramps to get on and off the ship.
There are no porters at the Jersey port, so passengers who need assistance with luggage or mobility scooters may face challenges. It is important to be able to manage steps and stairs.
If you have mobility concerns, we strongly recommend contacting our Reservations Team before booking to discuss your needs.
