We start with a local departure by coach for our journey south to Torquay, where we have 4 nights half board accommodation reserved at the Devonshire Hotel or the Abbey Lawns Hotel, Torquay. The Devonshire features a bar, restaurant and outdoor pool (seasonal) and is a short distance to the town and sea front. All bedrooms have private facilities, tea/coffee making facilities. The Abbey Lawns hotel features a bar, lounge, restaurant and garden terrace as well as an indoor pool and is a short distance to the town and sea front. All bedrooms have private facilities, tea/coffee making facilities. There is entertainment during your stay.
- Steam, cruise and cream tea. Memorable full day tour including a steam train ride from Paignton to Kingswear and then on to our delightful cruise on the River Dart calling in at Buckfast Abbey for an afternoon cream tea.
- Looe and Polperro. Excursion over the stunning Tamar Bridge to the charming Cornish fishing villages at Looe and Polperro.
