We start with a local departure by coach for crossing to the Continent. Overnight accommodation has been reserved in France tonight. On day 2 we continue our journey south arriving at our hotel – the 3* Hotel Nettuno, Diano Marina, during the evening for the next 4 nights. The hotel is an old Harry Shaw favourite and is ideally located in a quiet sunny position overlooking the picturesque west beach and harbour. There is a lively main building and an independent annex which forms a quieter rooming wing. Features include a restaurant, lounge area where frequent entertainment is held and pavement terrace. All rooms have private facilities, TV and tea / coffee making facilities.
During your stay the following festive programme is included:
• Full English or Continental breakfast
• Local spirits, beer, wines, soft drinks, tea and coffee in the hotel from 11.00 hours in the morning until 23.00 hours in the evening
• Lunch (or packed lunch on excursion day)
• Traditional turkey Christmas lunch and all the trimmings
• Evening meals
• Bingo, live music one evening with pizza party
As well we have this great included excursion to Nice on the French Riviera, renowned for its stunning mediterranean beaches, rich history and vibrant culture.
There are also days at leisure for you to enjoy the local area of Diano Marina.
On day 6 we commence our return journey via an overnight stopover in France, arriving back on day 7.
Please Note: If coach arrives late at the hotel on arrival day, or any of the excursion day and some of the ‘free bar’ time is missed there will be no compensation or refunds due. On excursion day a packed lunch will replace lunch at the hotel. There will be no ‘free bar’ available on departure day from Diano Marina.
